The Pride of the Nation Gold Medal Awards () are the annual awards of Pakistan and are one of the best awards to honour the distinguished personalities of Pakistan.〔() Retrieved on 19 October 2015.〕 The awards were first introduced in 2004 by Mr Zulfiqar Ali Malik, President Journalist Foundation Pakistan, with a purpose to recognize the achievements of those who worked for Pakistan.
